What products does melt offer? For whom are the products?
melt offers affordable fluid artwork, prints and other artistic products that brings a sparkle into your space and life.
How long will it take to get my art?
Typically 3 days to one week. However please be patient, international shipping may take up to four weeks.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. Shipping time varies.
Does the artwork come framed?
No, all prices are for unframed prints.
Is the shipping cost included in the price?
In addition to the specific prices, shipping costs are billed separately for all the orders.
Are the prints signed by the artist?
Each print comes signed by the artist and a handwritten note.
I don’t live in Portugal / Eurpoe, can I still purchase an item?
Yes. Depending on the item, you’ll be able to see if can be shipped to your country when filling in the shipment details. All prints can be shipped to all destinations and are carefully packed in art tubes.
How can I track my order?
All pieces are sent via registered post (pack and track) that can be tracked as it makes its journey to you.
I’ve received my order, but I am not happy with it. Can I exchange, refund or return the item?
Aw! Whar a bummer! I’m sorry that you’re not pleased with your order. Let me fix that for you… Please return the item (not damaged) and you will get a full refund.
